Dr. Xiao Fan is a Postdoctoral Fellow of the i-Brain Group, working on transformative brain–computer interface (BCI) technologies and next-generation neural interfacing systems. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst under the guidance of Prof. Jinglei Ping and his B.E. in Polymer Materials and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
Dr. Fan’s research centers on developing advanced neural interface platforms, including flexible neural probes, integrated bioelectronic interfaces, and systems designed for stable brain recording.
