Postdoctoral Fellow

Tsinghua University

Dr. Stephen Temitayo Bello is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the i-BRAIN Research Group where he focuses on the development and application of advanced neural interface technologies to investigate brain function and neural circuit dynamics. He received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from City University of Hong Kong and his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.

His research focuses on integrating neural recording and stimulation technologies with systems neuroscience approaches to understand brain circuit function, dynamics and neurological diseases. He is particularly interested in developing and applying next-generation neural interfaces for stable, long-term brain recording, precise neuromodulation, and investigating neural activity across distributed brain networks.
